Specifically designed to expertly slice bacon, the Sirman Mantegna 300 BS Meat Slicer makes slicing bacon safe and easy. Equally suitable for slicing other meats such as salami and ham, the Mantegna features a razor-sharp 300mm blade and a powerful 275W motor to ensure clean, fast mess-free slicing. Raised gripper spikes help to keep the meat in position, whilst the 90° cutting angle facilitates uniform slicing every time.
